Data Deletion Request
In compliance with data protection regulations and Facebook Platform Policy, you can request deletion of your personal data from Accufinns.
What We Delete
- • Your profile information (name, email, phone)
- • Account credentials and session data
- • Social login connections (Google, Facebook)
- • Cart and preference data
- • Communication history
What We Retain
- • Order records (required by Indian tax law for 7 years)
- • Payment transaction records (RBI compliance)
- • Government filing records (legal requirement)
- • Invoice and GST records (statutory retention)
Retained data is anonymized where possible and kept only for legal compliance.
Request Data Deletion
Enter the email address associated with your Accufinns account. We will process your request within 30 days.
You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Full data deletion will be completed within 30 days.
